  1. Straightforward and Transparent

We understand that plans can change, so our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and easy to follow:

14+ days before arrival – 100% refund of your booking total.

7–13 days before arrival – 50% refund of your booking total.

Less than 7 days before arrival – No refund will be issued

All cancellations must be made in writing via email to be valid. Refunds, if applicable, are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  1. If we cancel your booking

In the rare event we must cancel your stay — for example, due to unforeseen maintenance or building issues — we will:

Offer an alternative property of equal or higher standard at no extra cost, or;

Provide a full refund if no suitable option is available.

  1. Travel insurance

We recommend taking out travel insurance to cover unforeseen events. We can provide booking confirmations or invoices to help support your claim.
